Shipping Policy
We currently ship bulbs to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia, (due to quarantine restrictions we unfortunately currently cannot ship to Western Australia and Tasmania). Bulbs are shipped with extreme care, year round, with roots covered and leaves preserved when not in their dormancy period. Freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price as indicated during the checkout process. Delivery will be via Australia Post or courier during normal business hours. Purchases are at the customer's risk once dispatched by us and we do not accept any liability for the delivery by the service provider. Please allow 5-10 days for receipt of purchased goods.
Return and Exchange Policy
In the rare occurrence that you are not satisfied with your bulb purchase, we are more than happy to discuss this further with you. You must let us know within 14 days of purchase. Defective stock will be assessed and may be approved for a refund or exchange only if returned in its original packaging. Any freight costs are to be met by the purchaser. Risk of damage, loss, or deterioration of product passes to the purchaser upon delivery and no refund or exchange will be offered for damage after delivery.
